We will cover the basic principles for effective personal communication. The course will cover active listening, asking better questions, adapting your communication methods for different people and some ideas for becoming more influential.
By the end of the course, you will have gained a better understanding of the dynamics of a conversation and greater confidence in your interpersonal communication and ability to influence others.
Online learning for this course is at scheduled class times and sessions. It could include:
- Livestream video classes online;
- Interaction with your tutor and other students during livestream video sessions;
- Group exercises, group discussion, reading dialogue, written exercises, and games to practice new learned skills in an enjoyable way.
