Humanising your brand on Social Media. - Sydney Course

Want to know why Social Media is called Social Media? It’s because it’s about a platform that encourages social interaction. How actively are you engaging with accounts on social media and not just promoting yourself but building quality relationships?

Building relationships takes time, and energy and if you’re doing it wrong it can really be quite draining. Learn how to effectively humanise your brand on social media by providing shareable content, managing relationships through DM’s and also giving your brand a ‘human’ component and element so that your customers can relate.

During this course you will understand what your ‘brand voice’ is, how to plan content and your customer avatar.
