Bushwalk 2 -Magnificent Maitland Bay – Sydney Course

Bushwalk 2 – This walk takes us on beautiful bush tracks, open trails, across beaches and along boardwalks for one of the Central Coasts most picturesque walks. At various times, you will be rewarded with amazing scenery, including superb views from the Bullimah Lookout and the Bouddi Point Headland. If the tide and weather is favourable, we will walk out across a dry reef to see the remnants of the SS Maitland which was wrecked on the Maitland Bay Reef in 1898. We’ll also make a lengthy stop on this pristine beach for a relaxing lunch and, should you choose, a swim in the cool clear waters of Maitland Bay. Of particular interest are the fantastic coloured patterns in the sandstone around some of the headlands.
