There are no formal entry requirements for this course.

Prerequisite: Desirable

You will need to have language, literacy and numeracy skills that allow you to read and interpret information and prepare documents at a moderate level. Previous study of a qualification at Certificate III or above and experience in the workplace will assist with understanding of concepts.

Delivery Mode

We offer training in formats that suit you. The Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is available:

Distance learning: You study at your own pace with provided workbooks. Assessmments are to be of a typed format.

Workplace traineeship: Training is tailored to your organisation and delivered in your workplace with distance or online learning.

Study Load

The completion time for the Certificate IV in Leadership and Management varies according to the educational background and any relevant experience of the student.
