Digital Literacy II – Sydney Computer Courses

Do you need to further develop your computer and overall digital literacy skills? Whether it be for personal or work use our level II digital literacy course will enable you to use digital technology for routine tasks. You will become computer/digital literate in this hands-on course while you learn to access, create, save and manage documents and spreadsheets and communicate electronically.

Participants will receive a a Statement of Attainment upon successful completion enabling credit transfer into a variety of full qualifications.

What to Bring

All course material is provided and inclusive with course fees.
Please bring along a notebook and pen. You are welcome to bring your own smart-devices or laptop.

Prerequisite: Essential

  • There are no formal entry requirements for this course.

Prerequisite: Desirable

You will need to have language, literacy and numeracy skills that allow you to read and interpret information and prepare documents.

Delivery Mode

Classroom based: engaging trainers will take you through the course material face to face.

Study Load

  • The time required to complete this digital literacy course is 2 days per week over an 8 week period, plus at home assessment tasks.

Recognition of Prior Learning

Vocational training gives you a nationally recognised qualification that formally verifies your competency in key work skills. Competency is most commonly achieved through learning with our trainers; however, if you believe you are already competent in some of the skills required for your qualification, you can apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). MCC recognises prior skills and knowledge gained through previous studies and work experience. If you would like to apply for RPL, please contact us for an RPL kit. MCC recognises Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) qualifications and statements of attainment from any other RTO or TAFE.

How You Will Be Assessed
