Wanting to enter the community services sector and need to improve your work and study skills? This English for Work - Community Services course is designed to provide key learning strategies, workplace reading and writing, numeracy, oral communication and digital literacy with a focus within the community services field of work. Core and elective units from the Certificate II in Community Services have been added to enable a pathway into qualifications from the community services package at the same qualification level. Get a head start on your career pathway and gain an understanding of community service fundamentals and acquire skills necessary as a great first step into working in a community services environment.

Recognition of Prior Learning

Vocational training gives you a nationally recognised qualification that formally verifies your competency in key work skills. Competency is most commonly achieved through learning with our trainers however if you believe you are already competent in some of the skills required for your qualification, you can apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). MCC recognises prior skills and knowledge gained through previous studies and work experience. If you would like to apply for RPL, please contact us for an RPL kit. How You Will Be Assessed
