Goal Setting Workshop – Sydney Course

The 3-hour Goal Setting Workshop is a fun and interactive workshop where participants will be involved in discussions and exercises. Focussing on the importance of goal setting, you will gain an understanding of the difference between short-term goals, long-term goals, identifying the purpose of your goals understanding why you set goals and the barriers to achieving goals.

In this workshop you will learn how to set and achieve realistic goals. You will have the opportunity to work on a specific goal(s), being guided and supported by your facilitator. By the end of the workshop, participants will have the knowledge, insight and skill to set and achieve personal and professional goals.

This level is for the complete beginner and assumes no prior knowledge of goal setting.

Course Outline

In this workshop you will learn:
