  • How do we manage our loans comprehensively and effectively? When should I adopt negative gearing strategy for my investment?
  • Make use of the superannuation system to invest, save tax and prepare for retirement. Is self-managed super fund suitable for me? How can I borrow with my SMSF to invest in property?
  • Share market investment analysis – cycle theory, fundamental and technical analysis of the global share markets and Australian listed companies. How can I determine when to enter the market and when to take profits?
