There’s so much choice nowadays of where you can invest your hard earned money. This course explores many difficult issues faced by modern-day investors and seeks to provide you with information to help you make better investment decisions.

We will discuss the pros and cons between investing in different types of shares (direct shares, managed funds, index funds), how to manage loans, negative gearing, superannuation, self-managed super funds, understanding the stockmarket and more.

  • Make use of the superannuation system to invest, save tax and prepare for retirement. Is self-managed super fund suitable for me? How can I borrow with my SMSF to invest in property?
  • Share market investment analysis – cycle theory, fundamental and technical analysis of the global share markets and Australian listed companies. How can I determine when to enter the market and when to take profits?
