Knitting for Beginners- Sydney Course

This 4 week course introduces the student to the wonderful world of knitting. It is aimed at those who have never knitted before or who perhaps tried and gave up! It will give you the basic skills necessary to produce a range of knitted items, from hats and scarves to sweaters and blankets.

Many students are surprised to learn that knitting consists of only TWO stitches, and by the end of the first lesson you will have learnt both of those. You will then be taught how to increase and decrease your work, and with those skills the whole world of knitting will be open to you!

Start learning now so that you can have a beautiful and unique item ready for winter or to give as a gift.

Macquarie Community College operates from a range of venues across North and Western Sydney. We have campuses in Carlingford, Chatswood, Mt Druitt, Richmond and many more. Enrol today or enquire now!
