Do you need to take your Microsoft Office skills to the next level? This course is ideal if you have completed an introductory Microsoft office course or have had experience with Microsoft office but wish to take your skills to the next level.
Whether it be for personal or work use our Intermediate Microsoft Office course will enable you to further improve your understanding of Microsoft Office to enhance your productivity. You will learn to functions within maintaining large worksheets,
working with multiple worksheets, working with data and formulae and presenting your data in charts.

This Microsoft Office course is aligned with units of comepetancy found in the BSB30415 Certificate III in Business Administration – Intensive Computing course.

Prerequisite: Desirable

You will need to have language, literacy and numeracy skills that allow you to read and interpret information in addition to basic computer literacy.
If you do not have these skills, we recommend attending ICT10115 Certificate I in Information, Digital Media and Technology – Computer Basics.

Delivery Mode

Intermediate Microsoft office is classroom based. Engaging trainers will take you through the course material face to face.

Study Load

  • The time required to complete this computer basics/digital literacy course is 3 days per week over a 6 week period, plus at home assessment tasks.

Recognition of Prior Learning

Vocational training gives you a nationally recognised qualification that formally verifies your competency in key work skills. Competency is most commonly achieved through learning with our trainers; however, if you believe you are already competent in some of the skills required for your qualification, you can apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). MCC recognises prior skills and knowledge gained through previous studies and work experience. If you would like to apply for RPL, please contact us for an RPL kit. MCC recognises Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) qualifications and statements of attainment from any other RTO or TAFE.
