Rapport Building – Sydney Course

Did you know that ineffective communication is the number 1 problem in personal and professional relationships? The Rapport Building Workshop will give you communication tools and to help you build rapport with people so that you can motivate and influence others, negotiate effectively and lead others towards a common goal. Successful people create rapport and rapport creates trust!

When we consider communication, we often think only about the things we say. However, there are other powerful ways to send messages to people. The way we interact with others says a lot about who we are and what we think. Very often people neglect the power of non-verbal communication, or what our body language is saying to others on a subconscious level.

The central belief in Life Coaching is that people do the best they can with the resources that they have. What that means is, once you know better, you can BE and DO better!

It is incredibly difficult to build a strong relationship without mutual understanding, trust and respect. As your awareness and understanding of non-verbal communication increases, you will be able to build and establish a strong connection, trust and responsiveness with others around you, at work and with your friends and family.

In this 3 hour workshop, you will learn how to develop personal awareness of your communication style and non-verbal messages you might be sending to others when communicating. You will also learn how to read and interpret the body language of other people and identify if they are excited, happy, stressed or angry. You will also get familiar with techniques you can use to build rapport with any person and at any given time. All of this will help you to communicate effectively with people in your environment and instantly build quality connections.
