Self Esteem Using NLP – Sydney

NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming and is all about understanding the connection between your brain (neuro), language (linguistic) and behaviour (programming).

NLP for Self-Esteem will deal with long-standing patterns of not being able to say ‘no’, feeling worthless, lacking confidence, fear of failure and lack of assertiveness. Although these patterns may have been hard to shift in the past, with the highly effective NLP techniques, changing them becomes easy. A range of NLP techniques will be used to help shift thinking and behaviour, as well as to give students some strategies to use at home.

Macquarie Community College also operates from a range of venues across North and Western Sydney. We have campuses in Carlingford, Eastwood, Chatswood, Blacktown, Richmond and many more. Enrol online today or call us to have a chat about your options.
