Seniors Week - Tai Chi and Qigong for Beginners - Free Taster Class

Tai Chi and Qigong (pronounced chee-goong) are ancient Chinese practices which utilise slow and deliberate movements and breathing techniques to encourage harmony in your body. 

During Seniors Week, come to our taster class where you learn the basics of Tai Chi and Qigong.

Learn some simple techniques that can be easily incorporated in your daily routine. Once learned, the routines can be practised anywhere and are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
