Small Business Finance – Sydney Course

Running a Small Business, even a successful one, can put pressure on finances. Expenses often arrive before revenue comes in and the money to pay for it normally comes from the small business owner.

In this Small Business Finance workshop, you will look at ways to finance a small business in order to minimise risk whilst still allowing the business to grow and take advantage of opportunities that may arise in the market.

You will look at the key financial decisions that impact on the operation such as pricing, and the major costs involved in running a small business, such as rent, staffing and inventory. You will look at how to manage cash flow and understand the variety of financing options available. You will look at ways to manage debt and understand when borrowing to invest is a good idea and when it isn’t.

You will come away from this workshop with the information required to develop a financial plan for your business.

Macquarie Community College operates from a range of venues across North and Western Sydney. We have campuses in Carlingford, Eastwood, Chatswood, Mt Druitt, Richmond and many more. Enrol today or Enquire Now!
