Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc) is used by so many businesses around the world, but how do you get people to stop scrolling and take notice of you?

Social Media is more than posting and ghosting, it’s about forming relationships and leads with the long term goal of sales. This course will teach you a range of tactics to help you build relationships and engagement with your target market sales using social media.

Through building your online engagement over social media, you will be able to connect with your target market to determine their interests and pain points. You have the potential to win new customers and win back previous customers.

Find out what works, what doesn’t, the latest trends, and how to speak to your target market on social media. You’ll learn all about which graphics to use, videos and images, texts and more so that you get noticed ahead of your competitors!
