Course Overview
Celtic Art has five elements of design: Knots, Spirals, Step Patterns, Key Patterns & Zoomorphic design. This course focuses solely on Celtic Key Patterns, starting with the basics, how to use them in different shapes and proportions, to designing your own layered patterns and how to colour them. In this course you will be taken step-by-step through understanding how Key Patterns are designed and drawn, using a proven simple method that works. Starting with small designs and building into large, layered pages of pattern.
Macquarie Community College operates from a range of venues across Northern and Western Sydney. We have campuses in Blacktown, Carlingford, Chatswood, Epping, Mt Druitt, Richmond, and Ryde. Enrol now!
