Living Mindfully – ''I Brush My Thoughts"

Course Overview

“Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react.” Charles R. Swindoll

Living Mindfully is for those who wish to improve their relationship with themselves, with others and with their circumstances.

It has been estimated that between 60,000 to 70,000 thoughts cross our minds on a daily basis but 95% of them are recycled, about the past (that we can do nothing about) or the future (which is not here yet).

Very few of our thoughts are original. As we know, the majority are based on our past experiences or inherited belief systems and this usually affects how we react to any given event – whether positively or negatively.

Macquarie Community College operates from a range of venues across Northern and Western Sydney. We have campuses in Blacktown, Carlingford, Chatswood, Epping, Mt Druitt, Richmond, and Ryde. Enrol now!
