Japanese – Intermediate – Sydney Course

Course Description

Japanese – Intermediate course assumes that you have completed at least two terms of recent study in the language, and are acquainted with the content of the Beginners course.

Course Outline


  • Introduction of Japanese Script (Hiragana)
  • Adjective: past tense
  • Verb conjugation
  • Request form
  • Present progressive form
  • Asking permission
  • Acceptance and refusal

  • At the end of the course, you will be more confident to approach Japanese people. Your acquaintance with grammatical construction will expand.

  • Students must have a basic grammatical knowledge or more than two terms of Japanese study.

  • This course is classroom-based and will run with students working in pairs, in group activities and in group discussion.
