Pilates Classes Sydney – Sydney Course

The Pilates Method is based on principles of breathing, flowing movement, stamina, concentration, precision and regime. The goal is to produce a lean, athletic physique that has muscular balance throughout.

Course Outline

During the course, various exercises and positions will be learnt to assist with improving the body’s core stability and posture.

Prerequisite: Desirable

  • No previous experience required.

Delivery Mode

Small groups only and individual exercises are given for the class to work through. Most exercises have varying levels of difficulty to suit a wide range of participants.
