Get 15 dance styles for the price of 1 in this fun, interactive dance workout class that’s suitable for all levels. You will discover the passion, beauty and mystery of dance styles such as Belly Dancing, Samba, Solo Salsa, Latin Jazz, Hip Hop, Funk, R&B, Disco, Swing, Lambada, Merenge, Cumbia, Bachata, Cha Cha, Rumba and Solo Tango. You will also learn how to freestyle dance so you can truly express yourself. No partner is required for the class.

Explore new ways to express yourself through the natural movements of the sensual, energetic and exciting dance styles, all whilst getting the benefits of aerobic exercise!

By the end of the classes, you will have improved your coordination, stamina and confidence as you learn easy to follow routines. Each class also includes stretching to increase flexibility and suppleness. This dance workout is great for all ages, body shapes and abilities.
