In this Excel masterclass you will learn how to:

- Enter, edit and format numbers, dates and text professionally
- Use keyboard and mouse shortcuts to work faster and more efficiently
- Apply practical formatting techniques to improve the appearance and readability of spreadsheets
- Create formulas to perform calculations
- Use essential Excel functions including SUM, AVERAGE, MIN, MAX and COUNT
- Use AutoSum and AutoFill to save time and reduce repetitive tasks
- Edit and troubleshoot formulas
- Understand the difference between relative and absolute cell references
- Use Insert Function to find and apply functions
- Organise and manage data using Excel Tables
- Keep important rows and columns visible using Freeze Panes
- Sort, filter and search data to quickly find information
- Summarise data using subtotals
- Understand how Pivot Tables can be used to create summary reports

Entry requirements
This course is suitable for participants who already have basic computer skills and want to develop practical Microsoft Excel skills for work, business, study or everyday use.
Participants should be comfortable opening, editing and saving files, creating folders and organising documents, downloading and uploading files, and locating files on their computer. Basic keyboard, mouse and internet browsing skills are also required.
Participants must have access to a computer with the Microsoft Office desktop applications installed and available.
