Designed for adults of all experience levels, this course helps participants better understand clothing styles, body proportions and wardrobe choices that support everyday confidence and self-expression.
Through guided activities and a computer-assisted style analysis program, students will explore body proportions, design lines, colours, fabrics and clothing styles that suit their individual preferences and lifestyle needs. Participants will receive a personalised Rapt in Style printout and illustrated workbook to support future wardrobe planning and shopping decisions.
The course also covers wardrobe organisation, shopping strategies, travel wardrobes, career dressing and achieving a comfortable, quality fit. Guided by an experienced tutor, students will develop practical styling knowledge while building greater confidence in selecting clothing and accessories that reflect their personal style.
