What you will learn

Course outline

In this workshop, you will learn the following:

  • Cover and decorate 3 large cookies and 3 large cupcakes with fondant icing, achieving the perfect finish every time.
  • The secrets to baking the perfect cookie and cupcakes every time (recipes included).
  • How to create different textures, patterns and designs, and make a variety or decorations.
  • All tools (for use in class), icings, cookies, cupcakes and cake box included.

Course outcome

By the end of this class, you will have the confidence and knowledge to know how to bake & decorate your cookies and cupcakes, with success each time.

This class is suitable for beginners, or those wanting to add a new cake decorating style to their existing repertoire.

You will need to bring the following items:

  • Pen & paper
  • Any edible decorations you wish to use (optional)
  • Any cutters you would like to use (optional)

The cost per student will cover the tools and supplies required to complete this course.

Note: Enrolment is open to anyone 18 years or older.

Step 2 - Enrol and Verify
