What you will learn

Course outline:

In this workshop, you will learn the following:

  • Homemade Fettuccine:Master egg pasta dough and roll it into silky fettuccine using a pasta machine
  • Pasta Shapes:Create rustic pasta shapes from Southern Italy by hand, without the need for a pasta machine
  • Italian Sausage & Roast Tomato Sauce:Prepare a robust Sicilian style sauce to complement our pasta shapes
  • Creamy Boscaiola Pasta Sauce:Discover the tips and secrets that will take this popular pasta sauce to a new level
  • Italian Amaretti Cheesecake:A light and simple cheesecake served with a blueberry coulis sauce – a perfect finale to your Italian feast

  • You'll receive everything you need for the class, including your recipes, ingredients, equipment, and aprons to wear during the class. All ingredients, equipment, and packaging will be supplied.

  • Select the non-accredited short course you are interested in.
  • Find a day and time that suits your schedule.

Note: Enrolment is open to anyone 18 years or older.

Step 2 - Enrol and Verify

  • Click ‘Enrol Now’ after selecting your course and schedule.
  • Enter your details on the enrolment page.
  • Verify your email through a secure link sent to your email address.
  • Complete the secure checkout and payment process.

Step 3 - Receive Your Enrolment Details
