Course Overview
This course is designed for individuals experiencing stiffness, weakness, or muscle loss. It combines gentle yoga movements with light weight-bearing exercises to improve flexibility, strength, and balance in a safe and supportive way.
The program is kept simple and accessible, making it easy for participants to experience the benefits and realise just how effective yoga with weights can be. It is especially recommended for people aged 50 and above, helping seniors enhance mobility, build confidence, and support long-term wellbeing.
