Jim is a highly qualified and experienced organisational development consultant with considerable experience in the Public Service Sector, Private Sector and Not-for-profit Sector. His list of career experiences includes teaching, tutoring, research, consulting, policy development and management. Among his current roles Jim is currently General Manager of an international company which manufactures imports and sells lifting rigging haulage and safety barrier equipment, Consulting Director of Management Facilitation providing management facilitation and training services to clients in the public and private sector, and Lecturer and tutor in management at the University of Western Sydney.
