The Latest NCVER Results Highlight Employment and Satisfaction Outcomes

Independent survey results confirm strong employment and satisfaction outcomes for MCC students.

We are pleased to share the latest National Student Outcomes Survey results, alongside the NSW Government Smart and Skilled Provider Snapshot. 

These independent reports highlight Macquarie Community College’s commitment to high-quality, accessible education and training. Our courses support individuals not only to build skills, improve confidence, but also achieve positive employment outcomes. 

Moreover, the results highlight the impact of training designed to meet workforce needs while supporting students facing barriers to education and employment. 


Strong Employment and Personal Outcomes 

Macquarie Community College supports students to gain practical skills, recognised qualifications, and workplace confidence

Employment outcomes for qualification completers: 

65.4% had an improved employment status after training. 

68.8% were employed after training. Of these, 96.0% received at least one job-related benefit. 

46.8% were employed before training. Of these, 16.9% were employed at a higher skill level after training. 

53.2% were not employed before training. Of these, 42.3% were employed after training. 

These outcomes reflect the impact of MCC courses in aged care, disability support, as well as childcare, and English language skills. 


High Student Satisfaction 

Furthermore, MCC Students consistently report positive learning experiences at Macquarie Community College. 

According to the survey: 

  • 93.6% of students felt satisfied with their training 
  • 92.5% would recommend MCC as a training provider 

These results reflect our supportive learning environment and student-focused approach. 


Recognised as a High-Performing Provider 

As shown above, the results confirm the effectiveness of MCC’s inclusive and outcomes-driven training model. 

As a result, Macquarie Community College received recognition as a High-Performing Provider under the Smart and Skilled initiative. 

Key indicators show students achieve their training goals and secure relevant employment after completion.
