Bushwalk 2 - Tudibaring Head to The Skillion - Sydney Course

Escape to the great outdoors with our resident bushwalking guide, Greg Williams, who has been leading bushwalks around Sydney for over 33 years. You can book each bushwalk individually or book the 'Bushwalking - Sunday Adventure Bushwalks Package' which includes all four bushwalks at a discounted price.

Trek the coast line between two amazing lookouts. Discover pristine beaches, natural coastal geology and visit an enormous sandstone amphitheatre that overlooks the sea. This bushwalk is primarily a beach and rock hop with no shortages of sea views up and down the coast. Along with taking in the panoramic views from the two lookouts, you will have time for a dip (or maybe two) in the pristine waters of the Central Coast as we trek along two of its very beautiful beaches.

Tudibaring, is purported to mean 'place where the waves pound like a beating heart' in the local indigenous language while the Skillion, a sedimentary rock formation is named the Skillion because of the way it slopes like a skillion pitched roof. From the base it's about 150 metres to the top where you'll find a lookout with sweeping views of Terrigal, north to Crackneck Point and south to Tudibaring Headland where this bushwalk begins.

All bushwalks have morning tea provided with tea, coffee and delicious chocolate treats available.

A Course Information Guide regarding the bushwalk will be provided beforehand. Please consult the Course Information Guide prior to the walk for comprehensive information on meeting places, start times, travel directions and more.
