Exercise Anywhere – No Excuses! - Sydney Course

You don’t need to go to the gym, buy expensive equipment or join a sports team in order to exercise. Save money and time by learning how to ‘Exercise Anywhere - No Excuses!’.

This course will outline exercise routines that anyone can perform without having to spend money on expensive equipment and gym memberships. Areas covered include exercises for cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, and core stability conditioning for the whole body.

Course Outline

In this course you will learn:

  • Cardiovascular exercises
  • Strength and muscular endurance exercises
  • Flexibility exercises
  • Core stability exercises
  • Exercise planning and programming

Course Outcome

Students can expect to gain an understanding of how to perform and incorporate a range of exercises that can be performed at home, work and or in the local park. Personal feedback relevant to each student will be provided.
